On behalf of an international player in the food industry, Redactie & Co is looking for a management and communication assistant.
Job description 
The management and communication assistant provides fundamental support to internal communication such as website, newsletters and brochures. Gathers relevant information/content and provides administrative support to several internal communication projects. He or she provides secretarial support to senior management of the business unit. Handles projects on different levels and is responsible for facility management. Leads and supports the development of the Management Assistant Team. The position is 50% management assistant, 50% communication assistant.
Candidates should have a hbo-level education; either Communications or Management Assistant. The assistant we are looking for has several years experience in a similar position. Has a proven ability to coordinate a team. Excellent oral and writing skills in Dutch and English and proficiency in Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook. He or she is proactive, stress resistant and a strong organizer.
Offered is a fulltime job (40 hours a week) within a dynamic, international environment. Gross salary is max € 3.400 per month.
